Stay... or leave...

I guess I'm somewhat naive and idealistic... To me, I can forego monetary gains to stay at a place where I am underpaid and overworked because of my colleagues and bosses.

After one experience, it seems I'm still not learning. But today, I've finally realised that no one is going to stop for you... no one is going to forego their opportunities to pursue what they want... for you. My colleagues are leaving and choosing to leave... to move on with their lives... and I've come to a sudden realisation that perhaps... I'm the only one who treasures the comradarie so much that it keeps me here no matter how hard things may get.

I guess it's time I wake up my idea and move on too... the world keeps turning... so must I.
